Follow-Up Is VERY Important For Making Money Online
By | May 11, 2008
I’ve actually sent this message out to my subscribers about what I learned from my marketing mentor who makes incredible income from just a few hours per day.
While I was sitting in my mentor’s multi-million dollar home, one of the biggest thing I learned from him is following up with your customers constantly.
And when I say constantly - I mean every single day. Of course there are some days when you are busy and can’t possibly send out a message, just be sure to not skip more than two days with your customers…
…otherwise they will be no better than strangers.
Now my preconceived notions was that sending an email everyday will turn people off…but he does it - and maybe that’s why he’s owns a multi-million dollar home.
He was SHOCKED that I didn’t send out a message everyday to keep in contact with my subscribers, and this is how he put it:
Alan you are STUPID! Imagine this scenario …
Let’s say I met you at the mall and I introduced myself, “Hi, nice meeting you. Bye!”
And then a week later, “Oh yeah, nice seeing you again! How’s everything?” The connection won’t be the same.
You see you need to constantly be in contact with your customers - otherwise they forget they you exist - which means less sales for you!
Once I got into the habit of following up every single day - I get sales you won’t believe.
HA! That’s why I’m blowing you out of the water and you’re trying to keep up with me, Alan.
Ohhh…what are you gonna do about it?”
So today, after getting some “tough love” from my mentor to slap some sense into me, you can be sure to hear from me and my thoughts more regularly - and you should do the same with your customers!
But a big challenge with sending out these personalized messages to you is the deliver-ability rate…
You see, what good is it if you have 10,000 subscribers and only 1,000 of these messages are actually sent to your reader’s email? That’s why THE MOST important thing you need to have with an autoresponder is how well they get your message through your prospects.
I don’t care if you can find an autoresponder that is $10 cheaper with some extra function, the MOST important factor you MUST take into consideration is with the autoresponder company’s deliver-ability rate!

Free anonymous proxy insures your privacy
By | April 30, 2008
People are more and more concerned nowadays for their privacy. Internet is one of the greatest inventions that makes our lives a lot easier and provides us with useful information just by clicking.
However, there are some problems that we have to face when surfing the net. Our location, address and name can be traced every time we visit a web site. Furthermore, we can become victims of hackers and advertising agencies and this is not very pleasant.
However, we can end this now simply by using a free anonymous proxy. This is very simple to use, it can give you that privacy that you were looking for and it is also free. The free anonymous proxy is the wall that stand between you and the common information that is requested by web sites.
When using a free anonymous proxy, your IP address and other information that are requested are simply hidden. Instead of your own data, the free anonymous proxy give it? s information, thus your privacy is secure.
It is very easy and at hand to use a free anonymous proxy and the offer is also extremely large. You can choose from a big variety of free anonymous proxy sites the wan that you want to use. You only have to visit that site and just enter the URL of the page that you would like to visit. Then just click the button that says surf anonymously and you are safe. No one can see what web sites you are visiting, your personal information is concealed and you have nothing to worry about. Free anonymous proxy is a must nowadays.
The only thing that you is not quite as you would like when using free anonymous proxy sites is the speed. There is the risk that the speed is slower than normal. There can also be another problem or more an inconvenience when using free anonymous proxy sites. Ads just at the top of the browser may badder you a little. Besides that, free anonymous proxy is the best choice if you care about your privacy.
There are many free anonymous proxy sites today, but there is the possibility that not all of them give you the results that you were looking for. In light of this fact, the best way to choose a free anonymous proxy is to look for two things: the rate of the free anonymous proxy and the privacy policy. You should choose the most highly rated free anonymous proxy site and make sure that the privacy policy that they have is very clear.
So, after you made sure that the free anonymous proxy that you are using rises up to your standards all you have to do is surf away, because free anonymous proxy guarantees you the privacy that you need.

Get The Word Out!! Advertise Your Network Marketing Business
By | April 21, 2008
Network Marketing is a people based business. To be successful your job is to tell as many people about the great product or service you represent and about the great opportunity your distributor provides.
To effectively get this message out you must advertise. You have a lot of different choices of where and how to accomplish this. We will look at some of the different ways to get the word out and grow your downline.
Let’s start with the hardest one to take advantage of: Purchasing Leads. This is method is tricky because you have to be so very careful of where you buy your leads. If you don’t do some homework you will find yourself buying old contacts or those of people who are have no interest in network marketing. Do some research, be sure that the company you choose to buy leads from is reliable and is genuinely focused on network marketing. You want people who have already expressed an interest in further information on network marketing opportunities. They should also be able to assure you their leads are fresh. Fresh means people who have not already been contacted by loads of people or people who have requested further information but have not been contacted in so long they have forgotten they ever asked.
Trade shows can be a great place to generate interested in your products as well as get good leads?if you go about it the right way. To peak interest you should have an attractive, eye-catching display area for your products. Make sure you have plenty of fliers, brochures and such lying about with information about the products you offer as well as the business opportunity you represent. Another easy way to gather leads is to have a drawing or some other promotional offer. Each person who drops their name and contact information in a box requesting you contact them with further information is entered into a drawing for a prize?.maybe a gift basked of some your companies most popular products.
A brochure or flier campaign can be a very effective tool. You should always have a few of these with where ever you go. This will allow you to put a succinct package of information on your products and opportunities into interested party’s hands at any given time. Now they have your name and contact number and can easily contact you. One key thing to keep in mind if you ever decided to do a mass mailing of fliers is this?..Never mail what you can physically place in someone’s hand. They will take you and the opportunity you represent much more seriously face to face. This simple rule will increase the return on a mass mailing and decrease your costs in the bargain.
Obviously there are other ways to advertise your network marketing business. Generating interest in your products and constantly attracting new people will help you grow a successful downline and as your downline grows and prospers so do you.

Getting Traffic to Your Blog
By | April 3, 2008
There are several ways to get traffic to a blog. Making sure you have a good ping list is the first thing you want to do for generating traffic to your blog.
Every time you publish a post to your site, your ping list gets notified that you have added new content. Spiders come and visit your site and index the new post. That’s one of the great things about blogs.
It’s important to add content to your blog regularly. Posting every day is a great goal. You will get more traffic if you post every day than if you post once a week or even every few days.
Once you have published your post and the ping list is notified, what else can you do? If your post is well-written and contains information that others would find interesting or useful, you can submit your post to various social bookmarking sites.
There are social bookmarking sites for different topics. Digg focuses on news. MarkTD and PlugIM focus on internet marketing topics. There are many social bookmarking sites to choose from.
Try submitting your posts to various social bookmarking sites. Don’t submit every post to the same sites. You can also place bookmarklets on the bottom of your post so readers can vote for your article at the social bookmarking sites. Perhaps you have noticed sites that have these.
Get Traffic with Article Syndication
Writing articles and syndicating them to article directories is a powerful technique. Write the article (or have it written for you), post it to your site, and wait a few days for the search engines to find it.
Once it has been indexed, submit the article to some article directories, such as EzineArticles.com and ArticleAlley.com. There are also sites on the Internet that you pay a nominal fee to submit your article to hundreds of article directories or ezines.
For better results submit your article with various changes made so each one is unique. It only takes a few minutes to make some simple changes. Then submit a unique article to each article directory. Search engines love original content.
Tracking and Statistics
If your hosting service uses Cpanel then a traffic and statistics package comes with your blog. Log into your Cpanel, click on the Web Stats icon, and you are taken to a page with several statistics options.
Awstats and Webalizer are two very popular programs that tell you how much traffic is coming to your site each day. Awstats tells you where they came from, what pages they looked at, what they clicked to exit your site, how long visitors are staying on your site, keywords that people used to find your site, and much more.
Webalizer tells you the average visits per day on the main screen. If you click the link for any of the months another screen opens up with lots of information in graphs and charts.
It’s not necessary to spend hours looking at this information, but spending a few minutes each week with these tools can help you know what you need to focus on to get more traffic and if you need to make changes so people stay longer.
For instance, if a large percentage of visitors are viewing your post on setting up a salt water aquarium, perhaps you could write a few more posts about that popular topic. Maybe it is an indication that there is a need for an e-book or video tutorial on setting up salt water aquariums.
Conclusion
Following the tactics listed in this article will help your traffic grow. Pinging, social bookmarking, writing articles and submitting them to article directories, social networking, and checking your traffic statistics are all basically free. They only require your time.

Free1Up Review - Online Opportunity May Not Be For You
By | April 2, 2008
This Free1Up review explains that while it may be a legitimate online business, it is not for everyone. Find out if Free1Up is for you by reading the reasons why you may not want to join–Who knows? Maybe it’s what you have been looking for.
..
Outlined below is a list of the top 3 reasons not to join Free1Up.com, complete with full explanations…
# 1 - If you are looking to “Get Rich Quick”…
It is feasible to make inordinate amounts of money with Free1Up given you have a good marketing strategy, a supportive sponsor, and are persistent in your endeavors. It is far from a “Get Rich Quick” scam. You’ll have to put in some work, and do a little more than just “sign up” to reap the benefits. When I say “work” though, I mean taking the necessary steps to getting the word out. There are people out there looking for legitimate money-making opportunities, it’s just a matter of exposing THOSE people to your website.
#2 - If you are unwilling to be persistent.
So you’ve signed up. You’ve read all of the materials and advice your sponsor (aka team leader) has provided you (considering your sponsor cares enough to do that for you). Now what? One day rolls around, no sales. Two, three days-still no sales. Do you give up? If you fall into that category, stay far away from Free1Up…as a matter of fact, stay away from any legitimate online business and blow your money on scam after scam until you give up doing that. I’m not trying to be harsh, but the truth is, you must create a strategy and follow through with it, at least for a few weeks, if not a few months before you try something else. As I mentioned earlier, you should take the time to find a sponsor that is willing to help guide you along the way until you are comfortable running the business on your own. Unfortunately, not everyone has a good sponsor-the good news is that there is mountains of information all over the internet to help you be successful, and to create a good strategy that will work.
#3 - If you are the type to ask for more than what you put in…
There is a main product that the Free1Up system promotes. It’s called the “Ad System”, and while rather pricey ($400 at the time of this writing), fortunately for the persistent and serious Free1Up member, that money is earned back in only 2 sales. But let’s go back to what you are trying to do in Free1Up. You are promoting the “Ad System”, because that is what’s going to make you money. You can choose to stay a Free member and still earn money by selling the Ad System, but how effective can you be at selling something that you haven’t purchased yourself? True, not every car salesman has every car in the lot that he or she is selling, but I’m sure they own an automobile of some sort, and it’s a broad enough topic that someone can know everything about a specific automobile and not own it. Unfortunately, with the “Ad System” being such a unique and exclusive product to Free1Up, it is hard to know much about the specifics unless you own it.
So I’ll go back to the price of the product. So why would you choose to shuffle out $400 for a product you don’t know any “specifics” on? Just as I mentioned earlier, it would only take two sales to earn the money back (you get 50% commission for selling the “Ad System”), so it is a relatively easy task for someone that is (once again) persistent, and serious about making money online.
But don’t get me wrong when I say “sales”. It’s definitely not the field for everyone. I don’t think I could convince my next door neighbor to buy a box of girl-scout cookies, much less a $400 “Ad System”. That is where Free1Up support comes in. The support system in Free1Up is absolutely amazing and is the #1 way to free up all skepticism about whether or not Free1Up is a “scam”. Once you sign up for free, you can go into the back office and talk live with either Richard Morris (the founder of Free1Up, if he is in a conference call at the time), or his Live Sales Executives (LSE)–which are available 24/7. They are all very knowledgeable and can help with any questions you may have about the system. Not to mention, Richard holds three conference calls per week, giving news updates on Free1Up and answering questions. But I got a little off-track, let’s go back to the “sales” aspect of the program.
Not a salesman? It’s okay if you are not good at “selling”. Simply direct your prospects to an LSE in the free support chat room and they will do the selling for you. So let’s say, for instance, someone signed up for free (not to much to ask, right?) from your page, which makes them YOUR prospect. You don’t know what to say to them to convince them to purchase the “Ad System”, so you just direct them to the support chat room and an LSE (it’s best to give them a head’s up that you will be sending someone their way) will do all the talking for you. If they decide to upgrade, you get the money, and the LSE gets, well…nothing but the satisfaction in knowing that they helped someone out. Sound fishy? Check it out for yourself.
I’ll close this review by saying that Free1Up is not for everyone. It’s not for those who are unwilling to put some time into their business, and those who are not serious about making an income online. However, on the other hand, if you are serious about making an income online, or if you are new (or experienced) in online business and want to make money from the comfort of your home, it doesn’t get any easier, clear-cut, or legitimate than Free1Up.

Get the word out: Promoting your home business
By | March 26, 2008
It’s an exciting adventure that you’re about to begin by being self-employed. It’s time to let everyone know about your soon-to-be successful company by promoting your home business.
While hiring a marketing or public relations firm is an easy option, since you are just starting out, it may be a tool you cannot yet afford. If this is the case, it is up to you to develop different media means to promoting your home business.
The most obvious is starting a Web site. There are many freelances out there who would gladly do this for you for a fee, but this is not really necessary if you have basic computer skills. Several sites are dedicated to instructing you on a step-by-step procedure on how to create a Web site for promoting your home business. Many provide usage for a price, but there are some out there in which you can use for no cost at all. This would be a practical option. A free site might not offer all the flourishes of a paid-for one, but as your first priority would be simply promoting your home business, other features, graphics and designs can be added once the money starts rolling in and you have extra cash to spend on creating a stand out site.
Writing a weekly or monthly newsletter is also a great marketing tool in promoting your home business. Fill the copy with your personal background, services provided and costs involved. Update your newsletter with savings advertisements, new services offered and comments from pleased customers when promoting your home business through a newsletter.
While posting a link or subscriber option to your web site for the newsletter is a given, additional initiative must be taken as part of promoting your home business. Obtain e-mail addresses of several companies or individuals who might be interested in using your services. Shoot for the addresses of actual people rather than sending a letter promoting your home business to a general business site. You are then taking the risk of becoming a deleted spam file.
If your home business is a local one, such as a day care or accounting service, advertise in your local newspapers and trade magazines. Coupons always catch a consumers eye, so including them in your ad would be a key tool in promoting your home business. Offering a 10 percent discount is always a plus.
Also, holding contests with prizes would catch they eye of a newspaper or magazine browser. Consider making the prize a week of free service or a sales item.
Lastly, get some business cards together as part of promoting your home business. You can design and print them using a home computer or pay a professional printer who may have additional design ideas that would capture consumer’s attention. Distribute your business cards to individuals and companies, and post them in every store that offers a free advertising billboard.

Getting Involved in MLM
By | March 10, 2008
Everyone wants to strike it rich, and a lot of people are doing it online, with at home businesses and through multi level marketing, which can also be known as the pyramid scheme.
There are some companies that are legitimate businesses; however, there are a lot of companies that just scam the public.
MLM companies begin with just one person who recruits another person who, hopefully recruits more who recruit more. It’s a vicious cycle that rarely ends well for anyone other than the originator of the company. Some of these have been called pyramid schemes and are, in fact, illegal in some states. Be wary however, because sometimes the not so legitimate multi level marketing companies can be guilty of price fixing and falsely advertising profits for members. Price fixing is a maneuver used by companies to promise the other to sell their products at the same price which can ultimately drive the costs up making it profitable for the companies only. When the companies falsely advertise member’s profits, they can literally make them seem outrageous to the point of unbelievable. Smartly done, they can make you believe that you can make a comfortable living from home without putting forth too much effort or time. Stay at home moms are often victims of these schemes.
Don’t fret however, or worry about your company right off the bat. There are legitimate, FTC approved companies that do not try to manipulate or mislead their prospective employees. In fact, the federal trade commission offers advice to lead you from the true pyramid schemes and tell you how to identify the true ones. The best, and legal, MLM companies create profits for themselves on sales of real products and the recruiting of new members. Illegal pyramid shames only profit from getting new members alone. There truly is a genuine opportunity to make a great deal of money with multi level marketing companies, and there are plenty of well known MLM’s out there that prove to be successful. Perhaps you know someone who sells you make up and other beauty products. Guess what? They’re working for a multi level marketing team. They may drive around in a brand new Cadillac or hand out little catalogues every two weeks. Many people do good with MLM’s but really hane no idea that the company they are with may be acting almost illegal. One way to make sure that your multi level marketing company stays successful is to have a product that will be popular for a long while. The longer the MLM stays in business, the more trustworthy it can be; just be careful of how you run it.

Getting Quality One Way Links
By | March 9, 2008
What is link popularity, you hear everyone talking about it, it is one way links that point to your site and the quality of those links. One of the most important factors in SEO is creating one way links that are relevant to your website, this strategy will increase your rankings, link popularity and traffic.
Building links should not happen to quickly, think about it, if you just put up your website would you have thousands of links pointing to your website the next day, of course not, the best way is to build one way links slowly and naturally. Remember the quality of the link is more important than the quantity of links received. Google Adwords: A Beginner?s Guide
By | March 8, 2008
So, what’s the big buzz about Google Adwords? Well, if you have a website and need to grow your sales, Google Adwords is the answer. Google Adwords is proven to be very effective at driving new business, and that’s the primary reason why everybody’s trying to get to the top of the paid listings.
In short, if you want to increase your sales quickly and dramatically, you need to get started with Adwords. It’s cost-effective and really does work, instantly.
When you search on Google, you’ll no doubt notice the sponsored links on the right hand side of the page. These are examples of Adwords. These text ads, sometimes also found over the top of the natural search results, are advertisements from companies that pay for each click through to their website or landing page. These ads are keyword specific and help match searches for certain products and services with companies that can provide them.
If for example, you’re selling beauty products and have signed up with Google Adwords, your text ad will be seen in the sponsored links section when a surfer uses the search terms ?beauty treatments’, ?beauty products’, or whatever keywords you’ve selected - (multiple word and highly specific keyword phrases always work best). In this way, you advertise directly to those people who are already interested in (and actively searching for) what you’re offering. It’s a great way to build your business.
In essence, if you want more highly targeted traffic driven straight to your website, Google Adwords is one of the most effective tools available on the Internet today. Just by clicking your ad, the surfer will be funnelled to your landing page to make a direct purchase, get in contact with you or request contact from you. You pay a fixed amount per click to a pre-set daily budget, and the system proves to be a very convenient way to sell your products or services online. With a bit of experimentation, just a few keywords can make you a healthy profit.
Now, you’re probably wondering how to get started. First, you need to sign up for a free Google Adwords account. Then you have to choose the keywords that are relevant to your type of business and customer. Google itself can help you with this, and has a number of tools that not only suggest the keywords to use for your industry, but how many people search for them and how much they cost.
The next stage in the process is to write your ad. It’s important here to use your chosen keywords in the title of your ad, and make the body copy as punchy and benefits driven as possible within the allowed word count. This takes some practice, and it helps to split test different ads to see which ones work best. After you publish your ad, Google will only charge you if someone clicks on it, and will stop charging when your pre-set budget is reached. For example, you can set a maximum of ten pence per click, with a daily budget of ?5.00, and so on. The tools mentioned above are particularly helpful in determining the level at which your budget should be set.
On top of all this, Google Adwords can also make your ads appear only to surfers located in a particular city or region of your choice. So, if you’re offering loans to residents of Manchester, for example, you can set your ads to show exclusively to surfers in this area. This makes targeting even more effective, meaning leads coming to your site are extremely well qualified. And when you understand a bit more about how it all works, there are also tools to help you monitor and improve your return on investment too.
Google Adwords has helped many online businesses grow very quickly. With this cost-effective marketing tool, not only will your web traffic increase, but your sales volume will grow as well. Like never before, Google Adwords enables you to advertise to potential customers at precisely the right time and place. Such laser targeting will revolutionise the way you do business.
